I build the growth engine, not just the campaign.
A marketing and sales-ops generalist who builds AI-powered growth systems. I take the manual work that eats a team's week and turn it into systems that source leads, book meetings, and show which channel actually paid.
Building a High-Volume AI Lead Generation Funnel
An AI outbound engine I built and run. It sources, scores, and drafts its own outreach, and a person still sends every message. Over a year it scaled roughly 4x, from about 30 to 135 reach-outs a month, while the qualified-meeting rate held steady. Scaling without quality decay was the harder problem.
From Visibility Brief to Sales Lift
I took a visibility brief for a national alcohol brand and raised it to a sales goal, then used evening traffic data to place billboards at freeway exits near its retailers. The plan delivered a 28% sales lift, and the client funded a 38% bigger budget the next year.
Gamifying Engagement at a Premier Convention
The plan said free beer would pull the crowd, and it did, but every pour was walking away with nothing in return. I read the foot traffic and built the fix on the spot: scan a QR code, post a pre-written tagged tweet, claim your pour. Attendees produced 100+ posts within hours, all earned, no ad spend.
One System, Every Growth Channel
A multi-tenant platform I'm building solo: one config-driven spine designed to run six engine types, built to answer which engine actually produced the revenue. In progress.
AEO: Eight High-Intent Opportunities
I ran two self-directed audits to find where AI answer engines could be naming a company and are not yet. For an enterprise-technology company I mapped 8 high-intent buyer prompts across four engines, each one an open opportunity, and for a financial-services company I found the fixes that would let machines read its strongest numbers. Diagnostic work, no result claimed.
The role I'm built for.
I build and optimize the systems behind growth, across marketing, sales, and revenue operations, with AI as the edge. Sometimes that means building a system up from nothing; sometimes it's taking one that already exists and making it measurably better. Either way, the work is the same: turn strategy into a system that runs, proves what's working, and keeps improving.
